Pretty easy to make. Iโm a seasoned cook and I put out and measured all the ingredients before I started. They are delicious. I do love orange slices. Will make them again. I did add nuts to the last 12. Even better

We love the added flavor and texture the coconut brings to these cookies, but you can always omit it. It will definitely change the overall taste of the recipe though.
Iโm really not a fan of coconut…Iโm guessing if I donโt use it the consistency will be off…do I just use more oatmeal?
