We only had fresh ginger, so grated 1.5 Tbsp. Was a bit mild, so would add more next time. Also used Cod since it’s what we had. Enjoyed!!! Will make again…

Love this sea bass recipe. Have made it at least 6 times. The marinade does not overpower the delicate fish. The avocado salsa goes well with it. Agree on adding minced garlic to the marinade. Making again tomorrow!!
