This means that the kids can even make their own egg salad for lunch, and that is an absolute win in our book. It gives them a bit of independence, teaches a skill, and we get to sit back and just enjoy the afternoon. Who wouldn’t love that?

I just love your recipes. So easy to get the recipe, very well laid out format, quick and simple. I’m so glad I found you! Thanks.
I was a little skeptical of this recipe as I am not usually a fan of dill or horseradish, but I thought this is different so I am going to give it a try. Glad I did, it is really good.
Have you made it using dried dill and chives? I know fresh is better, but not always available.
I’m like you. Very apprehensive because of those 2 ingredients. You’re convincing me to give it a go.
Made a half order of this egg salad and it was very delicious.
Yum Yum !!!
I had a feeling that was your ‘secret’ ingredient. I’ve actually used horseradish mustard on egg salad and potato salad for years. Makes such a difference.
I made it . Was very good .
Tastes great never thought of with horseradish
I love your recipes. The egg salad I will be doing very soon.
I made this tonight. Amazing!! I love the addition of the horseradish. I will say that my store doesn’t have fresh horseradish so I had to use a horseradish sauce. (It has a few extra ingredients but not enough to change the taste that much.) I did use candied jalapenos in place of the sweet relish because I love a little spice. I will make this over and over again. Thank you!
This is a great recipe. I added salt and pepper and a little bit of lemon juice but otherwise I stuck to the recipe.
Over the years I have tried different hard boiled egg recipes as I did this one. 70+ years and Iโll stick to the old method. Not one of them came out without losing egg white.
