Do you need to peel the carrots?
The peel on carrots is perfectly safe to eat. You do, however, need to be sure to wash them well. Carrots grow under the ground and will have dirt and debris on them. Rinse them thoroughly. You can choose to peel your carrots for aesthetic reasons or to thoroughly remove any dirt.

Made the carrots & the Mamas meatloaf, my Husband thinks Im. Great cook! Shhhh….,
Just made them tonight. Used Baby carrots, delicious! Will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks Chef!
Did you cut them in half or use whole?
I made these exactly as the recipe was written, but in my air roaster. They were a huge hit, even with my father, who doesn’t care for cooked carrots. This will become a staple in my house.
Have not made these yet, but can I use baby carrots instead?
Yes you can.

I just thought of this in my head and thought to google it. I was thinking to add a little bit of coconut meat on it in the end for a little more crunch and texture. Glad to see the idea came out well
