I made this using creole seasoning, added the green herbs and garlic, some black pepper, and put the melted butter in with the herbs. I tossed the chicken in the herbed butter blend and then coated it with ground sorghum wheat.

Hello I just made this recipe tonight , loved it , I did add little more salt to taste and the chicken turn out very moist and the skin with the butter help add the crispy to it and also I did I put it on broil to get more crispy , but for taste what ever broth that was down in baking pan I added on the cajun chicken legs for more flavor , I will be making this recipe more often thanks STAY AT HOME CHEF , I really enjoyed this I was wanting to do more baked foods than fried I do love fried foods but baked foods are good too if do research on what you are looking for .
