Hi! I plan on making these with a quinoa salad for tomorrow dinner but I don’t have dried thyme and basil but I do have Cajun powder so is it okay if I add up all the amount of spices required and use that amount of Cajun powder? (4 1/2 teaspoons of Cajun powder) Would it work?
Yes that will work.
Delicious and EASY recipe!! The butter on each drumstick is gold. Although this recipe is easy as is, I just used the pre-made cajun seasoning (McCormick Perfect Pinch Cajun Seasoning + more kosher salt) since I don’t like owning a large variety of spices. and my boyfriend and I still loved it! I also seasoned it overnight.
I am making these drumstick soon they look real good and healthy too. Canโt wait to make these.
Very easy..very tasty chicken..eat chicken almost every day & love this recipeโก Made with my homemade jalapeno & cheese Bisquik biscuits with a Spivey country gravey..Yumm
These are so easy & delicious. I made one minor change out of necessity–I had no onion powder, so crushed up some dried onion instead using the back of a spoon. I will definitely be making these again.
I made these tonight and my husband loved it. Said it was the best drumsticks I’ve ever made. I didn’t use the exact ingredients. I used a premade cajun seasoning. I mixed the premade seasoning with garlic powder, poultry seasoning and crushed red pepper. It was delicious. I’ll definitely be trying more of these recipes in the future.
