Chicken Options
- Chicken Tenders: These are widely available and budget-friendly, making them a practical choice for everyday cooking. They provide a neutral flavor base that pairs well with the seasonings in the recipe.
- Frozen Chicken Tenders: Great for those who need a convenient and quick option. Make sure they are completely thawed before cooking to ensure even cooking and optimal texture.
- Chicken Breasts or Thighs: If chicken tenders are not available, you can substitute with chicken breasts or thighs cut into strips. Chicken breasts are leaner and cook quickly, ideal for a lighter option. Thighs, on the other hand, offer a richer flavor and tend to be juicier, adding a bit more decadence to the dish.

Hello, I take my hat off to you keep up the good work.
Added 1 tspn cayenne pepper & thyme, don’t have a air fryer, so used a cast iron pan, Added some saved bacon grease and fried. Turned out delicious. Was even good without my Cajun Comeback Sauce, but was better with it.
This sounds like a plan for me!! Thanks
Great blend of seasonings! Any idea what the sodium would be without the sauces? Hubby is on low sodium diet and wondered what it would be without the sauces.
