Storage Instructions:
Egg salad is good in the refrigerator in a sealed container for 3 to 5 days. Remember though that egg salad is only good for 2 hours at room temperature. If your egg salad has been left out for 2 hours or more please do not save it in the fridge, just throw it away.

I’ve always made egg salad mix with mayo, mustard, relish, sweet onions, garlic chives, salt and black pepper, and iuse it for sandwiches or veggie dip. I have never tried it with horseradish but I’m definitely trying that today! Thank you for sharing your recipes and your personal life with us!

I never put dill or horseradish.
I use , eggs ,Mayo,salt,black pepper ,touch of garlic powder, mustard.
This tastes good to me.
