- Bake Your Own Chicken โ lay chicken breasts out into a lightly greased 9ร13 pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through. Chop into chunks and use right away, or freeze for later use.
- Boil Your Own Chicken โ place chicken breasts into a large pot of boiling water or chicken broth. Boil 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Shred or chop.
- Quick Skillet Chicken โ heat a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Place chicken breasts into skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Made this today except I left the egg out and did half of everything,was very tasty and plenty for my wife and I, plus I got some left over for lunch tomorrow.

Easy and delicious
Delicious. Ample servings. Used flaky biscuits for base. The sauce was a bit bland. Added garlic and onion powder along with paprika and pepper, a dash of salt. It was a hit. Next time will and sauted onions, celery with clove of garlic. The egg yolks brought a whole new dimension.
It was very good. I didn’t have peas so I substituted fresh green beans, and cut them up to pea size. I did add chicken boulion and a packet of chicken gravy mix, and served it with homemade buttermilk bisquets. It was very good, and everyone loved it. I used a whole rotisserie chicken that I re-boiled, and de-boned.
Our stores no longer sell this product, so found this recipe and it tastes better than store bought. I had plenty of critics it’s “good stuff”the critics said
Searched for this recipe to use up some thanksgiving turkey. Loved the consistency of the gravy with the addition of the cream and egg yolkโฆ so silky and smooth! I added some chicken flavored โBetter than Boullionโ since I only had unsalted butter and my chicken stock was kind of weak. Definitely a keeper recipe! Thank you!!!

My mother used to make this with turkey, too. After a holiday we ate turkey and sides for a few meals, then got burned out on them. The leftover turkey was very tasty in this recipe.
