This Perfect Egg Salad recipe will knock your socks off! It’s the perfect balance of flavors, and the secret ingredient? It makes all the difference.
Egg salad sandwiches are a staple in The Stay At Home Chef household. We keep boiled eggs on hand for snacking anyway, so we rarely have to make the extra step to boil for this recipe. This means that the kids can even make their own egg salad for lunch, and that is an absolute win in our book. It gives them a bit of independence, teaches a skill, and we get to sit back and just enjoy the afternoon. Who wouldn’t love that?

I love a good egg salad, and this recipe is AWESOME! I just made it with 6 eggs, and cut the ingredients in half and it was perfect! Great favors together- this one is a keeper!
That looks so delish. My Lady made me egg salad with one addition. She sliced olives and mixed them in. Egg and olive salad. Wonderful.
I am a big dill or horseradish fan but would try this. Sounds interesting & tasty. Combos of some ingredients that donโt overwhelm are often tastier than you might expect.
This is really tasty! My husband isn’t a fan of sweet pickle relish but HE loves it! I used dried dill and chives but bought fresh today. Really looking forward to making it again!
