Ingredient Notes

  • Frozen Peach Chunks: Frozen peaches can be found in the frozen aisle at the grocery store. You can also use a fruit blend that has peaches in it.
  • Milk: Use whole milk for a creamier taste and texture. Can also use a milk substitute such as soy, oat or almond milk.
  • Banana: A fresh, ripe banana works best.
  • Honey: Honey gives a natural taste and sweetness but you can also remove this altogether or use an alternative sweetener.

Making The Smoothie Creamier

If you want to give the smoothie a richer, creamier texture, you can substitute half-and-half or heavy cream for the milk.

You could instead add yogurt to the smoothie to provide an extra layer of creaminess and contribute to the overall nutritional value. You can use plain or flavored yogurt based on your personal preference.
