These are really tasty. This is a recipe I would really like to see a video on. I did have to cook them 13- 15 min and they didn’t flatten out much like a chocolate chip cookie. Though, I really did like the end result. Kinda fluffy, yet dense and a light lemon flavor. I didn’t add the food coloring to make them yellow. Thanks for this recipe. Well, these are certainly tasty. I struggled with the batter a wee bit. First, although I left the cool ingredients out to warm up, but perhaps not long enough. The dough was kind of elastic. That said, they tasted just fine. I will add more lemon as hubby and I like that tang.
