Can I cook vegetables with the chicken in the same dish?
Single sheet pan recipes save SO much extra time and effort. So long as your dish is large enough, you can easily add cubed potatoes or any other vegetable. Just make sure to toss your veggies in oil first and check appropriate cooking times so you don’t under or over cook them.

I fixed this tonight using skinless and boneless thighs and they were delicious. My husband and daughter was very pleased with them. I put a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

I had the red pepper flakes and Cayenne pepper on hand but haven’t tried either one with this. Doubled the seasoning and added Rosemary and love it but may try one of the other hotter peppers next! YUMMO!
I don’t do a lot with chicken thighs for some reason but these were fantastic! Crispy skin and juicy inside. Loved.
Would this work with boneless thighs?
We prefer the flavor of bone-in thighs, but this would also work with boneless.
Followed recipe to a “T” and perfect flavor and juicy throughout. Definitely a keeper!
