Loved the flavor of this frosting but mine came out ugly for some reason. It had a gritty/chunky look to it no matter how long I whipped it with the handheld mixer. Not sure what I did wrong.
My icing did not firm up Maybe my kitchen was to warm.setbit in fridge will try tomorrow.
Tastes delicious but came out too thick! might have been my fault as I had to let it sit a minute…Hoping it will turn to right consistency once cooled to frost cupcakes!
