I love crumb cakes and this one sounded like a winner. Baking in a 9×9 inch pan, it’s perfect for the two of us, plus some to share with a neighbor. It’s still warm and not glazed, but the look and aroma of the cake called me to cut off a small slice. Delicious! Moist, without being heavy and the crumb topping is generous. A very good flavor and I’m putting this recipe in my favorites box!
