Tried for 1st time last night – they passed the husband test. Easy, peasy. put on before lunch, ready for supper. no fuss. falling off the bone, yes, but no mushy, just tender well seasoned meat. I used large pork ribs instead of baby back; I just cut in 4 rib sections. 3 slabs fit well & cooked evenly in my crockpot. 7hrs on low, 1 hr on high, 5 mins broil – perfect. we used our favorite sauce. Truely perfect.

I cooked the ribs overnight in my crock pot (9 hrs on low) and then put them in the fridge. I took them out 25 mins before finishing them in the oven. I know it’s not recommended to refrigerate before the oven, but I did have success – my husband says they were the best ribs he’s ever had!
