Super tasty and easy recipe! My only modifications were that, after searing the steak but before adding the garlic, I sautรฉed one sliced onion in the remaining marinade. I added maybe 1/8 tsp dried thyme, and I topped with parmesan and parsley. Paired perfectly with some greens and balsamic vinaigrette!
