My boyfriend insisted I write this review to confirm that this method of cooking a thick pork chop is THE ONE. Seriously was so juicy and flavorful โ My oven took closer to 25 minutes before reaching temperature, and I added a small bit of butter on the top of them for the last 10 minutes. Served with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. It was a hit!! Bf said it is in the top 5 meals heโs had in his life!!
