I’m determined to have a repertoire of recipes that are delicious & easy, and this will be one of them.
(I used lg. package of thighs) The lemon slices and parsley (only had dried) at the end made it extra yummy! My husband just heated up a piece for breakfast!? Thank you for the helpful video tutorials, too!

SCRUMPTIOUS! Chicken w/lemons is a terrific flavor combination. We love the lemon slices after they roast. This dish is easy, quick & delicious. It’s always a hit here, even with the kiddoes. 🙂

LOVED this recipe! Not only was it quick and easy it was flavorful and delicious! I used a little less oregano and basil as i find they can quickly overwhelm a dish, otherwise followed the recipe. Definitely a keeper!

I have an option for you. My family prefers dark meat so i use thighs. I put on some lemon juice and some soy sauce then dried lemon crystals (from the spice shelves) and some grinds of pepper. I bake 10 minutes, turn the chicken over and reseason then bake for 30 minutes. Then turn the chicken over again and cook another 10-15 minutes. Delish! and the pan juice is terrific on white rice or make it into gravy for potatoes.
