These were great! And easy to prepare. Maybe cut cook time to 20 minutes.
Tasted good but I followed instructions and tortillas fell apart and just was difficult to work with . Dish turned out sloppy and was not very appealing until it was baked. The cheese hid a lot of the problems. Tasted good however.
This recipe is so yummy! And the red sauce is easy to make. The flavor is fantastic. My family ate it up.
Love the sauce recipe! I make these enchiladas often.
Delicious. We really like the sauce. So much better than store bought.
I have made this twice.
family hit! probably going to be a new dish in our rotation. 3T instead of 4 of chili powder was plenty and I left out all the extra salt. Great flavor!!! Paired with mex rice and beans. winner!
These were so straightforward and delicious! Needed another set of hands to do the tortillas. Since I didnโt have them, I settled for microwave warmed tortillas. You have to have everything laid out to assemble. The flavor is ah-may-zing!
I made this for dinner tonight. But 4 tbs chilli peppers are just too much! I reduce it to just 1. And the taste is good. Easy to make and fun. Thank you, Rachel!
