Can I use flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas?

This is the best enchilada sauce I have had outside of a TexMex Resturant. Years ago I worked in a TexMex eatery, we made gallons of enchilada sauce but I could never reduce it to a small portion. This recipe has finally done it! โค๏ธ
