Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 13x18-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Lay 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts out onto the pan, evenly spaced.
Drizzle chicken with 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Spread 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes around the chicken.
Bake in the 400℉ for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and lay 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese on top of each piece of chicken Return to the oven and finish baking until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and spoon the cooked tomatoes and juices over the chicken. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze, and garnish with 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. Serve hot.
