Ingredients

broccolini

minced garlic

olive oil

lemon
zested and juiced

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rinse the broccolini and dry it well.
Place the broccolini onto a baking sheet and toss it with the minced garlic.
Drizzle the olive oil over the broccolini and season it with salt and black pepper.
Roast the broccolini in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it is tender crisp.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked broccolini.
Sprinkle the lemon zest and grated Parmesan cheese over the broccolini.
Serve the pan roasted broccolini hot.
