Cut 2 top sirloin steaks into 1 1/2 to 2-inch cubes
In a medium-size mixing bowl, stir together 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1/4 cup lime juice, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
Add the sirloin cubes into the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or up to 24 hours.
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before use or use metal skewers.
Preheat a gas grill to high heat (500℉). Remove the steak from the fridge and thread onto skewers, leaving a little space between each cube to allow for even cooking.
Cook on the grill until desired doneness is achieved, rotating your skewers to cook each side. For medium rare this should only be 1 minute per side for a total of 4 minutes.
