Instructions
In a medium to large size bowl, use a hand mixer to whip 16 ounces cream cheese with 2 tablespoons orange zest, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Roughly chop 3/4 dried cranberries. Stir the chopped cranberries into the cream cheese mixture until evenly dispersed.
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap onto a clean surface and scoop out the cream cheese mixture. Wrap the plastic around it and form a ball.
Unwrap and roll ball into 1 cup white chocolate chips and the remaining 1/4 cup cranberries. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until ready to serve.
Notes
Serve with graham crackers, pretzel chips, ritz crackers, or apple slices.
For a twist, roll the cheese ball in crushed nuts or sprinkles before serving.
