Ingredients

red kidney beans
rinsed

navy beans
rinsed

diced tomatoes

(15 ounce can)
tomato sauce

(4.5 ounce) cans
diced green chiles
Shredded cheese

Instructions
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook the ground turkey until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the diced onion and chopped celery. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain any excess grease.
Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Sauté for another minute.
Stir in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, rinsed beans, and green chilies.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Then reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Serve topped with shredded cheese, cilantro, and sour cream, as desired.
