Ingredients

loaf
French bread
cut or torn into 1-inch cubes OR use 6 large croissants
8
ounces
cream cheese
cut into small pieces

cups
white chocolate chips
6
large
eggs
2
cups
milk
2
cups
heavy cream
1/4
cup
brown sugar
tightly packed
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
2
teaspoons
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Put cubed
1 loaf French bread
pieces into the slow cooker. Toss together with cubed
8 ounces cream cheese
and
2 cups white chocolate chips
.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together
6 large eggs
,
2 cups milk
and
2 cups heavy cream
until all of the eggs are incorporated.
Add
1/4 cup brown sugar
,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
and
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
to the egg mixture. Whisk until combined.
Pour the egg mixture over bread in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve plain or topped with your favorite syrup or whipped cream.
