In a food processor, blend 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese, 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons honey1/4 cup roughly chopped pistachios, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, and 1/4 teaspoon dried dill until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Stop halfway through and scrape down the sides of the food processor so everything gets mixed in.
Scoop into a serving bowl. Top with 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds and 1/4 cup roughly chopped pistachios. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey and sprinkle 1 teaspoon lemon zest over the top.
Cut 4 pieces pita bread into wedges for serving, or serve with pita chips, crackers, or a sliced baguette.

No food processor? No problem!
Blender: Use a high-speed blender to combine the ingredients. Start with the softer ingredients like cream cheese and yogurt, and add the feta in smaller amounts to prevent overloading the blender. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
Hand Mixer: Use a hand mixer with beaters on medium-high speed. Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to help create a smoother texture. This method might leave a slightly chunkier result but will still taste delicious.
