Instructions
Stir together dashi granules and water in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling add in noodles and mushrooms. Boil 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in miso paste until completely dissolved.
Stir in spinach and green onions and allow spinach to wilt. Serve hot.
