We're giving you 3 different flavor options for our favorite potato recipe ever! Grilled potatoes are super crispy, coated in the most amazing herbs, and are the perfect side to your favorite grilled meat.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Scrub the potatoes clean and cut them into bite-sized chunks.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle them with olive oil.
Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and oregano and toss until potatoes are well coated.
Using 4 large foil sheets, divide the potatoes into 4 and seal them up to create foil packets. Use 2 layers if needed.
Place on grill and let cook for 20 minutes. Occasionally rotate within the grill in case there are hot spots.
Carefully remove from grill onto a cooling sheet. Top with either sour cream or cheese.

2 cups packed basil leaves
1/3 cup olive oil
3 whole cloves of garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
