Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups grapefruit soda, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish , 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
Submerge 4 pounds chicken breasts or thighs into the marinade. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and marinate the chicken for 4 hours minimum, and up to 24 hours.
When ready to cook, heat a large heavy skillet or outdoor grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉, about 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on the size and thickness of your chicken pieces.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve!

Notes
You can use either boneless, skinless chicken or bone-in, skin-on chicken for this recipe. Boneless skinless cuts will cook faster, while bone-in skin-on pieces may be juicier due to the extra fat and skin.
Boneless, skinless breasts: 6-8 minutes per side
Boneless, skinless thighs: 7-9 minutes per side
Bone-in, skin-on breasts: 10-12 minutes per side
Bone-in, skin-on thighs or drumsticks: 12-15 minutes
Wings: Cook for about 10-12 minutes
For oven roasting, preheat your oven to 400°F. Bake boneless skinless breasts or thighs for 20-25 minutes, or bone-in, skin-on cuts for 35-40 minutes. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving.
