Chocolate Pancakes are decadent deliciousness whether you have them for breakfast or dessert. Easy to make and, oh, so indulgent!
Servings: 10 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk or buttermilk substitute
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Combine buttermilk, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, eggs, and cocoa powder in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Whisk until combined.
Add in the flour and chocolate chips and stir until well combined.
Heat a non-stick griddle to medium-high heat. Cook your pancakes on the griddle by scooping 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle. Flip the pancake over when bubbles appear.
