Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9x5-inch bread loaf pans.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sugar until well blended.
Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices until just combined.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean.
