homemade or store-bought pizza dough
1/2

BBQ Sauce
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
cup
shredded or cubed cheddar cheese

cup
cooked chicken
shredded
1/2
cup
bacon crumbles
1/2
cup
pineapple tidbits
drained
1/2
red onion
thinly sliced
Cilantro
optional garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 500°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to form a 12-inch circle.
Transfer the dough to a pizza tray.
Evenly spread barbecue sauce over the dough.
Evenly distribute the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, chicken, bacon crumbles, pineapple tidbits, and red onion on top.
Bake on the preheated pizza stone for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Garnish with cilantro if desired. Serve and enjoy!
