For the Cream:

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Toss until the sugar has dissolved.
In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla.
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, whip the cream mixture until slightly fluffy yet still pourable.
To serve, spoon sweetened strawberries with their juice into a cup, then top with the whipped cream mixture. Enjoy with a spoon!
