Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt the water,
Wash potatoes and if they are a larger potato, slice in half. If they are bite size, no need to slice in half.
Add potatoes to boiling water and let boil until fork tender, about 14-18 minutes.
Drain potatoes and add to a large bowl. Add in the butter, herbs, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Add salt to taste and enjoy!
