pound
jumbo shrimp
peeled, deveined

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
plus 1 tablespoon for cooking

lemon juice

tablespoon
smoked paprika

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
dried basil

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine shrimp, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to evenly coat shrimp.
Heat remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once oil is heated, cook shrimp for 5-6 minutes, or until no longer translucent and an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Serve hot, as a main dish or appetizer.
