Ingredients

sesame oil

water chestnuts
finely chopped

shredded green cabbage

grated ginger

teaspoon
minced garlic

butter lettuce

green onions

Sauce
1/3
cup
hoisin sauce
1
teaspoon
chili garlic sauce

tablespoon
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
rice vinegar
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the sesame oil and add in the ground chicken.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook the chicken thoroughly until it is browned. About 6-8 minutes
Add in the diced onion and let it sauté alongside the chicken for about 3-4 minutes.
Next, add in the water chestnuts, cabbage, garlic and ginger. Stir and let cook for 5 minutes.
Add into the cooked chicken and vegetables the sauce mixture and let cook all together for another 5 minutes.
Serve in lettuce cup and garnish with green onions.
