Scoop out a portion of the avocado from the pitted area to enlarge the "bowl" section. Transfer the removed avocado to a medium-sized mixing bowl and mash it with a fork.
Add the tuna, red bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro to the bowl. Drizzle lime juice over the mixture. Stir everything together until well combined.
