Place the ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan or a 9x13-inch pan.
Pour half the glaze over the ham and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
Cook in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound, brushing twice with the remaining glaze during cooking.
Remove the aluminum foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Once the ham has finished cooking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a moist and flavorful slice. After resting, transfer to a serving platter, slice if necessary, and serve warm.

Orange Balsamic Glaze
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup dijon
1/4 cup apple juice
Mix all ingredients together. Glaze consistency will be more of a runny paste.
