Ingredients

chopped cooked chicken

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, toasted pine nuts, finely chopped purple onion, and finely chopped sundried tomatoes.
In a separate bowl, stir together the pesto, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
Add the pesto mixture to the chicken mixture and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve on a roll, croissant, or lettuce leaf, adding additional toppings as desired.
