In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend together the butter, cream cheese and sugars for about 2 minutes.
Blend in the eggs for about 30 seconds and add in the vanilla, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and baking powder. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minute. Scrape the sides and bottom of bowl to ensure everything gets mixed in.
Using the dough attachment, mix in the flour until incorporated. Don't overwork the dough! Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Form dough balls in the size of about 2 tablespoons. Make sure to give about 2 inches of spaces in between. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Once removed from the oven, Leave on baking sheet for at least 5 minutes and then move from the baking sheet to the wire rack to cool.
