Ingredients
8-
ounce
cream cheese
2
tablespoons
favorite BBQ rub
1
teaspoon
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your smoker to a range between 200 and 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take your cream cheese and place it in a greased, oven-safe dish or skillet.
To increase the surface area for seasoning adherence, score the cream cheese. Utilize a knife to widen the spaces between the slits.
Lightly drizzle the olive oil over the cream cheese.
Apply your favorite BBQ blend to the cream cheese.
Once seasoned, place the cream cheese in the smoker. Allow it to smoke for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove the cream cheese from the smoker and serve. It pairs excellently with either crackers or a sliced baguette. Enjoy!
