3cans5 ounces each solid white albacore tuna, drained
1/2large red onionminced
4celery ribsdiced
1cupthawed frozen peas
1cupmayonnaise
1/4cuplemon juice
1/4cupminced fresh dill
1 to 2tablespoonssugar
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until the pasta is cooled. Drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, tuna, onion, celery, and peas.
In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
