Party Pigs In a Blanket are a grown up version of your childhood favorite comfort food. Make these addictingly delicious treats as an appetizer, snack, or even for lunch! This is a family favorite, quick and easy recipe!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Sprinkle flour on work surface and unfold 1 pastry sheet. Cut pastry sheet into squares, approximately 2" x 2". If using larger sausages, cut squares a bit larger than the sausage length.
Set the sausage on the puff pastry at a diagonal. Roll the edges up and ensure they stick together with a pinch.
Beat egg and water together for an egg wash and brush over the dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot.

If using canned croissant dough:Adjust recipe and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes.Air Fryer Instructions: Set uncooked pigs in a blanket in the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes. Turn over and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes. Make sure they are not touching, and there is space in between. All air fryers are different, so watch closely.
