Place almond milk, greek yogurt, sugar, strawberries and peanut butter into a Blendtec or other high powered blender. Pulse until it is mostly smooth, with some small chunks. The mixture will be like a very thick smoothie.
Scrape strawberry mixture into a bowl. Top with granola and sliced banana.
Note: You can use 1 or 2 tablespoons sugar or honey depending on how sweet you prefer it to be.
