  • 2 large heads cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


  • Place the cauliflower florets onto a baking sheet and toss with the garlic slices. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in an oven at 425 degrees until cauliflower is tender crisp (about 15-20 minute).
  • Remove from oven and drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked cauliflower and sprinkle the lemon zest and Parmesan cheese over it. Serve hot!
