The Best Roasted Cauliflower
This Roasted Cauliflower is easy to make and brings out the best flavor in the cauliflower. People love this simple, healthy side dish!
Servings: 5 Servings
- 2 large heads cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Place the cauliflower florets onto a baking sheet and toss with the garlic slices. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast in an oven at 425 degrees until cauliflower is tender crisp (about 15-20 minute).
Remove from oven and drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked cauliflower and sprinkle the lemon zest and Parmesan cheese over it. Serve hot!
