Homemade granola is crunchy, toasted, and oh-so-easy to make. It’s satisfying, better than store-bought, and so much more affordable. Use our simple recipe to build upon and make your own unique granola blend.
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine oats, nuts, and coconut together.
In a separate bowl stir together oil, honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg (optional). Stir until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until coated.
Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring carefully half way through.
Let cool completely and break into desired size pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
