Easy Baked Chicken Drumsticks have the most juicy meat and crispy skin. We’ve perfected 4 flavor options to make sure there’s something for everyone, and at only 45 minutes or less from prep to dinner time, this recipe is both kid and adult approved!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 4-sided baking sheet with nonstick spray. Line up drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
Stir all listed seasonings together in a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle in an even layer over the chicken. Rub on and underneath skin (optional).
Put a 1/2 tablespoon dab butter on the top of each drumstick, on the part that is most meaty. The butter will melt all over the meat and skin, keeping the meat juicy, and making the skin crispy.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
