Low Calorie Air Fryer French Fries are a healthy option to indulge in your favorite French fries, using just a small fraction of the oil! They are crispy and delicious and easy to make whenever a craving hits!
Preheat the air fryer to 375-380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and dry potatoes. Peel if desired. Cut into uniform sticks, about 1/4" thick.
Toss potato sticks into a bag with cooking oil and salt.
Place about half of the sticks in air fryer and fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping half way through. Not all air fryers are the same size, so be sure to not crowd the space, and that no sticks are touching.
Once potatoes are tender crisp, remove from fryer and and sprinkle with any herbs or pepper.
